  1. Purpose, Object and Scope

    1. The purpose of these general conditions is to regulate the online marketing to End Consumers, hereinafter referred to as "Customer", by Vitafor Europe, a company with registered office at Rua Alferes Barrilaro Ruas, no. 7, 4º esqº, District: Lisbon, Municipality: Lisbon, Parish: Olivais, 1800-006 LISBON, Portugal, registered under the single registration and legal entity number 517925850. The marketing involves the range of products produced and marketed by Vitafor Europe through the website www.vitaforeurope.com .
    2. Browsing the website, as well as purchasing any product from Vitafor Europe, implies acceptance of these General Contracting Conditions.
    3. Vitafor Europe reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use and contracting, as well as the commercial offer presented, without prior notice, with any changes being published on the website www.vitaforeurope.com .
  2. Legal Conditions of Service Provision and Liability

    1. All purchases made on the website www.vitaforeurope.com are subject to current Portuguese legislation.
  3. Access Conditions

    1. The use of this website and the online purchase of products are subject to the conditions of use defined by Vitafor Europe, as its sole and exclusive owner.
    2. The Customer will have the right to free and open access to the information contained therein, without prejudice to Vitafor Europe reserving the right to restrict access to information, promotions and special offers to its registered customers.
    3. Any Customer may benefit from special offers in accordance with the offer conditions specified for each product and Customer.
    4. The Customer, prior to formalizing the purchase of any of the products offered on the website www.vitaforeurope.com , will have to register their personal data necessary for formalizing the purchase and sale contract (name and surname, tax identification number, address, email, date of birth, telephone number).
    5. Vitafor Europe may request additional data from the Customer that allows it to know the Customer's profile for statistical purposes. The Customer may omit or fail to communicate any data or personal information that is not absolutely necessary for making the purchase.
    6. The Customer will be responsible for the veracity of the data communicated to Vitafor Europe and undertakes to enter any changes to the same in their Registration Account.
    7. Vitafor Europe shall not be liable for the Customer's misuse or negligence in relation to the obligation of confidentiality of their access codes.
  4. Registration Process

    1. The registration process involves using your name, email and password.
    2. Each registration will correspond to a single NIF and a single login based on the email address. If the Customer finds that the NIF is incorrect, he/she must contact customer support so that it can be changed.
    3. The Customer may ask Vitafor Europe to remind him/her of his/her password. To do so, the Customer must access the login box and click on "I forgot my password", where he/she must enter his/her registration email address and then click on "Send".
    4. Automatically and without human intervention, you will be sent an email to change your password.
  5. Product Policy

    1. All products sold on the website www.vitaforeurope.com comply with current Portuguese legislation, always ensuring maximum quality.
    2. The portfolio of products available on the website corresponds to the range of products produced and marketed by Vitafor Europe.
    3. Vitafor Europe assumes responsibility for the information provided directly by it regarding the products sold. However, the constant changes in the products do not exempt the Customer from consulting the product label upon receipt and before use.
    4. In case of doubt, or if the Customer wants more information about certain products, they can contact the support line through the contact.
  6. Order Processing

    1. To place an order, the Customer must do so by accessing the website www.vitaforeurope.com .
    2. To make purchases through the website, the Customer may do so whether or not they are registered. If you wish to register, you must fill out the form available online for this purpose and enter a previously defined email address and password.
    3. To start the purchase, the Customer simply needs to add all the items they wish to purchase to the virtual shopping basket.
    4. You must follow all the purchase steps for it to be completed successfully.
    5. Once the item selection process has been completed, the Customer must proceed to Checkout. At this step, the Customer must confirm their delivery address, select the time and choose the desired payment method (MB Way, Multibanco Reference or Credit Card) and confirm their order so that Vitafor Europe can process their purchase.
    6. After completing the order, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction.
    7. If the data is not correct, the Customer may immediately request that it be changed, or the purchase made be cancelled by contacting us.
  7. Delivery Policy

    1. Products purchased on the website are delivered to mainland Portugal. Products will only be delivered on working days to the address indicated within 3 working days in mainland Portugal and 14 working days for Madeira and the Azores, after confirmation/receipt of payment, except for reasons of force majeure.
    2. At the moment, all orders placed in the online store will be sent to Portugal, on working days, through a carrier chosen by Vitafor Europe.
    3. If the order is not received on the agreed day and time, a second attempt will be made.
    4. At the time of delivery, the Customer must check that the product complies with the order placed and that it does not have any visible defects. In the event of any non-compliance (error in the product ordered or defect), the Customer must contact Vitafor Europe, indicating the problem and return the product.
    5. The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of purchase. It is not possible to change the delivery address initially indicated once the order has been invoiced and shipped.
    6. Estimated delivery dates are merely indicative and, as such, will be valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks).
  8. Pricing Policy

    1. The prices set in the online store are indicated next to each item advertised.
    2. Vitafor Europe reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however, applying to each order the price in force at the time it was placed, even if it is received on a later date.
    3. The sales prices indicated on the website are in euros (€), including taxes and duties (VAT).
    4. If the price indicated is incorrect and manifestly ridiculous, regardless of the cause, the order will be cancelled, even if it has already been confirmed.
  9. Accepted Payment Methods

    1. The Customer may pay for their purchases using MB Way, Multibanco Reference and Credit Card.
    2. The Customer will make full payment when finalizing the order.
    3. Once payment has been made, Vitafor Europe will issue an invoice that will be delivered to the Customer's home (along with the order). The invoice will be issued in the name of the registered user, so the Customer must ensure that they place the order with the correct details.
  10. Returns and Complaints

    1. Vitafor Europe offers a range of products and is committed to ensuring the highest quality for its customers.
    2. In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrectly sent product, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to freely terminate the contract. To request a return, or for any other additional clarification, the Customer must send an email to the support contact.
    3. To cancel an order, you must contact Vitafor Europe by email, providing the order number in question and the reason for canceling it.
    4. In the case of orders with pending payment, they will be cancelled if payment is not made within ten (10) business days.
    5. After payment has been made, only orders that have not yet been processed and/or shipped by the carrier will be subject to cancellation.
    6. The refund to the Customer will be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) business days, with the amount being refunded through the payment method initially chosen.
  11. Intellectual Property

    1. All texts, comments, works, illustrations, works and images, as well as corporate names, brands and distinctive signs reproduced or represented on the website are strictly reserved under copyright and industrial property rights, for the entire world.
    2. Any total or partial reproduction or representation of the website or of all or part of the elements included therein is strictly prohibited without the express authorization of the rights holder.

  13. Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entities identified on the consumer portal, on the website www.consumidor.pt, or to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution entities with general jurisdiction, currently existing in the country:
