Vitafor Europe is committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered quickly and safely directly to your home.

  1. Delivery:

    • Delivery Areas: We deliver to Portugal and other countries in the European Union.
    • Delivery Times: In mainland Portugal, deliveries are guaranteed within 3 working days after receipt of the payment confirmation email. For Madeira and the Azores, the deadline may extend up to 14 working days.
    • Free shipping on purchases over €99 (promotion valid until 07/31/2024)
  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. These will be clearly specified during the checkout process, before payment confirmation.
  3. Order Tracking:

    • Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow the path of your package until delivery.
    • Processing During Holidays and Weekends: Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the first subsequent business day.

Delivery Time:

  • Extended Hours: Deliveries are made by MOOVE LOGISTICA, during extended hours from 9 am to 7 pm, offering flexibility for receiving your orders.

Delivery Failures and Returns Policy:

  • Delivery Attempts: Delivery attempts will be made to the address indicated. If delivery is not possible due to absence or other impediments, the order may be rescheduled or collected at a previously agreed point.
  • Liability for Incorrect Information: It is crucial that the delivery information is correct. An incorrect address may result in the order being returned to our warehouse and possibly the order being cancelled, with a refund being issued to the original payment method.
