Delivery times
To calculate the shipping cost, select the products you want to buy and click add to bag. Then enter your zip code. Costs and delivery times will be calculated automatically. Select your preferred option and complete your purchase. You will still have the option to modify your order before completing the transaction. The deadline for delivery of products is informed during the purchase process and calculated in business days.

Product deliveries are made by the carrier or Post Office from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm. In the case of deliveries made by the Post Office, it is important to observe the following procedure:

There will be 2 (two) delivery attempts on consecutive business days, the first being on the date of arrival at the distribution unit. If delivery is impossible due to a closed house or the absence of a civilly capable person, the order will be available for delivery at the branch closest to the recipient's address, for seven (7) calendar days. After this period, the order will be returned to VITAFOR. If this occurs, the purchase will be canceled. Delivery at the counter of the postal unit is made only to the recipient himself, or to a person authorized by him, in the appropriate field of the arrival notice left by the postman.

The customer must be responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the address provided is wrong, the merchandise will be returned to our establishment and a warning will be issued to the customer. We do not carry out resends, as a result of which the order will be canceled and refunded according to the payment method used for the purchase. Once the order has been finalized, processed or shipped, it is not possible to make any changes to the shipping address.

The delivery time informed during the product purchase procedure takes into account stock, region, the invoice issuance process and product preparation time. Orders with payment approved by 12pm on business days are processed on the same day. Orders with payment approved after this time will only be processed on the next business day. On weekends and holidays, the deadline also starts from the next business day. In all cases, the day of posting is not considered when calculating the delivery time, as the Post Office only ships after business hours. The delivery shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the product.

Some locations have delivery restrictions, defined by Correios itself. This may result in delay or even impossibility of delivery and, in these cases, the order will be available for collection by the customer at the nearest branch. In the case of an order lost or lost at the post office, if this is duly proven, VITAFOR is responsible for sending a new product to the customer at no additional cost.

VITAFOR does not authorize the Post Office to:

Enter the home;
Open the product packaging;
Make delivery to an address different from that stated on the Postage Invoice;
Delivery to minors or those without identification documents
VITAFOR is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ (Secretariat of State for Finance) when it is exclusively due to pending issues on the part of the customer, and therefore it is necessary for you to appear at the tax office for the goods to be released, bearing in mind that in these In these cases, information regarding releases and payments is only passed on to interested parties.

Under normal conditions, the majority of our orders are delivered within the deadline stated at the time of purchase.
In some cases, orders are delivered after the estimated delivery date, for reasons beyond our control, which may include:
Incorrectly registered address
Missing address information such as street or apartment number
Payment issues, such as payment declined or approval failure.
Severe weather conditions
Routine inspections performed by your state's tax authorities
Unexpected technical problems processing your order
Once the order has been finalized, processed or shipped, it is not possible to make any changes to the shipping address.

To check your orders, log in, access MY ACCOUNT and then ORDERS
To purchase the same items again, log in, access MY ACCOUNT and then MY ORDERS and select the ORDER AGAIN option
Your order already has an invoice and is in preparation for dispatch.
By filling in the zip code of your address in the shopping cart, you can estimate the delivery time for your region.
Access “My Orders" and select "View Order Details", Copy and paste the tracking code on the carrier's website.

If your order is still in transit, you will need to refuse receipt and contact our Customer Service Center expressing your regret. After receiving the order at our Distribution Center, the team will contact you to confirm the refund request details within up to 7 business days.

If your order has not yet been shipped, cancellation must be requested via sac@vitafor.com.br or contato@vitafor.com.br so that we can approve the cancellation and request a refund.


VITAFOR is exempt from the obligation to cancel any purchase in which the product does not meet the requirements listed in this provision.
This information will appear when we do not have stock of the chosen product in our Distribution Center that will serve your region.

Simply log into your account, on the general panel, in “Orders”, clicking on “Print Bank Slip” and then on “Print”.
The bank slip expires within 3 (three) business days and is automatically canceled if payment is not made by the specified date.
